Our website displays over 3000 products from over 50 suppliers. We endeavour to keep all items displayed on the webstore, in stock at all times. Items displayed on the webstore as "Available" may not necessarily be in stock at the store, but are available to order in from our supplier. If our supplier has sold out of a product displayed as "Available" MBC will offer an alternative at the same or better price. 

MBC Free Servicing:
All new bicycles purchased come with our exclusive 1 YEAR UNLIMITED FREE SERVICE. We recommend you return your bicycle for its first service 6-8 weeks of riding (approx. 200km). Our repair department is constantly busy servicing bicycles, so it's recommened that you call us a few days before you would like your bicycle serviced, and book in for our same day servicing.

Online Orders - Click and Collect:
Click and collect purchases are available to pick up during store trading hours. Please wait to be contacted via email to be advised your order is ready to collect.

Free Freight Australia Wide:
This is a door to door service and applies only to delivery to major cities and surrounding suburbs. Delivery to remote areas in each state will incur a discounted freight charge. Depending on the location, the total freight charge will range from $50 - $150 per bicycle. You will be notified before we process your order if a freight charge applies to your order.

Bike Freight Charges:
This is a door to door service but depending on the delivery location, the total freight charge may innur additional charges per bicycle. You will be notified before we process your order if an additional freight charge applies to your order. This normally only applies to remote area, outside of major cities.

Website Prices:
Our website displays over 3000 products from over 50 suppliers. We endeavour to keep all of our online prices current but ongoing price changes from our suppliers makes it very difficult to keep all of our prices up to date. If you place an order for a product with a wrong price displayed you will be contacted as soon as possible. In most cases we will honour the older price, but if we cannot afford to sell the product at the old price we will contact the person who placed the order to work out a special price. An email is sent automatically for all orders placed, this is only to confirm that we have received the order.

Online Bicycles Orders:
Please allow 7-10 working days for your bicycle to be delivered from time of payment being received. We take extra time and care in assembling your bicycle before it is packed and ready to send. Most online bicycle and department stores simply send the bicycle to you without any adjustments. We make sure the gears, brakes, wheels and all other components have been adjusted correctly first. All you need to do is fit the pedals, front wheel and stem. Easy to follow assembly instructions are included.

Web Only:
Web only items are sold directly via bikes.com.au. All purchases are to be made only online for these items.

While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfill your order or source a replacement product. If this should occur we will contact you and offer either a store credit for the value of your purchase or a full refund. Please note that we that we cannot offer a backorder or "rain check" facility.

When purchasing this product in addition to other bikes.com.au products, we have done our best to ensure special freight prices are correct and up to date. However we can not guarantee this is the case. If an error has occurred in freight price calculation for your order you will be contacted as soon as possible.
